Password Generation from Settings

When resetting a user's password via the "Generate" button on the Edit User screen, the system now enforces strong password security standards. All generated passwords will contain a minimum of 8 characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one numeric digit, and one special character.

The "Select All Tasks" Option Now Available on Task Template Page

We've introduced a new "All Task" checkbox on the "Add Task from Templates" page to enhance usability. This feature allows users to quickly select or deselect all task templates visible on the current page with a single click. Please note that the selection applies only to the tasks shown on the current page and does not affect other paginated results.

Visual Update: Easily Identify Previously Added Task Templates

To improve clarity when adding task templates, templates that have already been added to a project now appear visually distinct. The title, due days, date parameter, and category of these tasks are displayed in bold italic font. The checkbox and assignee fields remain unchanged, and users can still add the same task template multiple times if needed. This update helps users quickly identify previously added tasks while maintaining full flexibility.

New Background Export Feature with Email Notification for Geodata

We’ve added a new background export feature to the Geodata module for improved convenience. When exporting data from any tab, users will now see a dialog box prompting them to start the process in the background and enter an email address. Once the export is complete, an Excel file with the requested geodata will be sent directly to the provided email.

Enhanced Calendar Control: Drag to Adjust Task Start Time

We've improved the calendar experience by allowing users to extend or adjust a task’s start time by dragging from the top of the time slot. This enhancement applies to tasks, meetings, appointments, and all-day events. It provides greater flexibility and ease when managing your schedule directly within the calendar view. The drag functionality behaves consistently with end-time adjustments, including overlap handling

Active Programs Filter in Edit Action

We have improved the Program dropdown in the Operations > Edit Action screen to enhance accuracy and usability.

What’s New:

  • Only active programs are now displayed in the dropdown.

  • Inactive programs are hidden to avoid incorrect selections.

  • Applies to all scenarios:

    • Creating new actions

    • Adding actions from templates

    • Editing existing actions

This ensures users always work with valid, up-to-date program options.
